With every opportunity comes some limitations.  This beautiful home is situated in one of the many prestigious streets within the development and has spectacular views of the Gary Player designed golf course, but it also faces the South East which is where the predominant winds come from.  We thus wanted to take advantage of the stunning green views while optimizing the sunny Northern side of the plot for outdoor living as well which ensures more wind protection.  From within the interior, the viewer is able to look out to all sides of the surroundings and ensures an abundance of natural light and the utilization of private garden spaces.  The application of different colours and textures brings an ambiance to the space that further enhances a luxurious living experience.
