The friendly and humble clients of this home approached Crontech Consulting once again years after their first service from us. They wanted a simple and uncomplicated home to settle their new lives in the West Coast town of Langebaan. The plot and location is ideal for a versatile range of layouts and ensures enough space for future expansion should the need arise.  The interior finish was close their hearts as they have a love of texture and an appreciation for the rustic characters of concrete and exposed white washed brick nicely balanced by clean glass and metal pendant fittings overhead.
