Edgy in every kind of way. The layout of this house was aimed at making the most of each bit of space available.  The total size of the building was just under 260m² and included a double garage with extended tandem on one side, scullery, large kitchen and open plan living and entertainment areas, 3x bedrooms and 2x bathrooms downstairs, while the main suite and bathroom is situated on the first floor level with gorgeous views towards the golf course below.  The use of rustic and raw textures were at the heart of this design.  The interior finishes included concrete look epoxy screeded floors with dark finishes throughout to create a moody ambience within the space.  White painted vaulted ceilings brighten up the open plan area while matte black painted doors create a sense of mystery upon entering the different rooms.  The bathrooms featured a statement matte black subway tile ensuring that thought and detail was taken through to every part of the house leaving no area without awe and excitement.
