Edgy in every kind of way. The layout of this house was aimed at making the most of each bit of space available.  The total size of the building was just under 260m² and included a double garage,  large kitchen and open plan living entertainment areas, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, while the main suite and bathroom are situated on the first floor level with gorgeous views towards the golf course below.

The use of rustic and raw textures were at the heart of this design.  The interior finishes included concrete look epoxy screed floors with dark finishes throughout to create a moody ambience within the space.  White vaulted ceilings brighten up the open plan area while matte black doors create a sense of mystery upon entering the different rooms.  The bathrooms featured a patterned herringbone subway tile design to incorporate the same detail that was taken throughout every part of the house leaving no area without awe and excitement.
